Finbished the basement October 13 FlooringToday, I have been mostly flooring!
I an effort to make some progress, so that the current Mrs. Ward can empty the temporarily stored stuff oput of the garage before the onset of the ice age, I laid the laminate floor down to what will be our home gym. I toiled all day on my hands and knees with nobody but Radio 1 to keep me company. Good old Vernon Kay.

Armed with my trusty home depot card, I will be taking a visit to the said "Home Improvement" store in order to increase my personal debt. While the plastic charge card is being obliterated beyond its limit, I will be happy in the knowledge that an extension to the limit will be added forthwith, allowing my spending to continue. Those bastards, they know I can't resist. Shiny new tools I must have, more dry wall, 2 by 4's and suspended ceiling stuff..... Its all there.
